Introduction: We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative UI/UX Design Intern to join our team. As a UI/UX Design Intern, you will collaborate with the design team to enhance the user experience of our digital products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about design, user-centered principles, and eager to gain real-world experience in the field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Assist in conducting user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights about user behavior and preferences.

  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Help create wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams for websites and mobile apps using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

  • UI Design: Support the design team in creating visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces, including layout, colors, typography, and icons.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product, development, and marketing teams to ensure that design concepts align with business objectives and technical feasibility.

  • Usability Testing: Assist in testing designs with real users to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

  • Design Iteration: Contribute to the iteration process by applying feedback from users, developers, and stakeholders to refine designs and improve user experience.

  • Documentation: Help maintain and organize design documentation, including style guides, design assets, and user personas.

  • Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to real-world projects.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate/Diploma, Certificate

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
    • Basic understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
    • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and any other relevant work. (It’s okay if you’re a student, as long as it reflects your design thinking and process.)

  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate ideas visually and verbally, with an open-minded approach to feedback.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on fine details while keeping the big picture in mind to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Problem-Solving: A natural ability to think critically and offer design solutions that address user needs and business goals.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design concepts clearly.


Additional Qualifications (optional):

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with design research methods and tools (e.g., user testing, analytics).
  • Experience working on mobile and responsive web design is a bonus.
